Beneath the vivid yellow mango glaze is an airy cream cheese mixed with alphonso mango bits for a burst of tropical flair, while nestled within are a surprise: fluffy finger-sponge.

Cake Care Instructions:
Thaw in chiller (<4°C) for 6-8 hours (depending on the texture you prefer) and serve chilled.
Serve within 2 days of thawing.
